Securing a room:
When guests book a room they will be contacted by the hotel manager who will request credit card details in order to secure the room. No funds will be taken from this credit card, unless the terms of cancellation (below) are not met.
Cancellations:
Should guests need to cancel a room, they are requested to do so at least 48 hours in advance of their stay. Cancellations after this time, or non-notification of cancellation, may result the full payment for the room being taken from the credit card details supplied.
Payment:
Guests are required to pay for their stay on arrival.
Check-in:
Check-in is from 3pm. Late check-in may be arranged by prior discussion with the management. Check-out is 10.30am on day of departure.
Access:
Please note that due to the layout of the building and the rooms being over three floors without a lift, unfortunately The Queensberry is unable to accommodate wheelchairs.
The entire building, including the pub and bedrooms, is non-smoking
